胡蘿蔔(已去皮) 120克
雞蛋 3隻
黑糖 50克
鹽 1/4茶匙
低筋麵粉180克
泡打粉 1.5湯匙
植物油(淡味) 60克
牛奶/豆奶 60毫升
肉桂粉 約1湯匙
果仁(山核桃)30克

餡料:
忌廉芝士 100克
糖 20 克
淡忌廉 50克
堅果(山核桃)30克

糖水:
糖 1湯匙
水 4湯匙

Carrot cake
》6 inch
Treated peeled carrot 120 g
Egg 3 pcs
Brown sugar 50 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cake flour 180 g
Baking powder 1.5 tbsp
Vegetable oil 60 g
Milk 60 ml
Ground Cinnamon about 1 tbspNuts (Pecan) 30 g

Frosting
Cream cheese 100g
Sugar 20 g
Whipping cream 50 g
Nuts (Pecan) 30 g

Sugar water:
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 4 tbsp
